What it is
DOMI is a marketplace for home services. Customers find a local provider, see a fixed price, book a time and pay in the app. Providers are independent businesses and sole traders: they set their own prices, services and areas, and are paid directly into their own Stripe account.
DOMI GLOBAL is a trading name of Easywealth Ltd. Services booked through DOMI are carried out by independent providers.
Why it matters
Fixed prices, up front
Every provider sets their own price, and customers see the full total, booking fee included, before they book.
Pay when it's done
The card is only charged once the provider marks the job done. Bigger jobs are paid stage by stage.
Checked providers
Every provider's identity is checked by our payment partner, Stripe. Gas, electrical and waste work is only bookable once the provider's registration is checked on the official register.
Help if something isn't right
Before and after photos, in-app messages, and a 48-hour quick-fix process, with DOMI deciding fairly if needed. Customers' legal rights always apply.
Built for independent providers
Providers list their services, set their own prices and areas, and are paid straight into their own Stripe account.
